For over a decade, Daniel Radcliffe has been known to the world as Harry Potter, bane of noseless, and with that journey coming to an end this year, it’s time for the young thesp to move on. What better way to do so than with a horror film?
Already trying his hand at proper acting on stage in “Equus” and “How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying”, not to mention Australia’s December Boys, this period thriller is based on the 1983 novel and 1989 film of the same name. Starring Ciarán Hinds and Ashley Foster, it seems like the right decision to move from 3D to 2D was made in this bleak period piece.
The Woman in Black is due for a 3 February 2012 release date in the US. It does not currently have an Australian release date.
