Fox (via IGN) has posted a new red band trailer for The Watch, previously known as Neighbourhood Watch. Starring Ben Stiller, Vince Vaughn, Richard Ayoade, Jonah Hill and Rosemarie DeWitt. Could this be the US answer to Attack the Block?
Four everyday suburban guys come together as an excuse to escape their humdrum lives one night a week. But when they accidentally discover that their town has become overrun with aliens posing as ordinary suburbanites, they have no choice but to save their neighborhood — and the world — from total extermination. It’s directed by SNL‘s Akiva Schaffer, with a script from the comedy power team of Jared Stern, Seth Rogen, Evan Goldberg and Justin Theroux.
The Watch is released on 27 July 2012 in the US, and on 13 September 2012 in Australia from Fox.
